Terms of use
These terms describe the use of Personlex and purchases of digital background reports from Inteligence AGA LTD. Send questions to support@personlex.com.
People searches and background reports
People searches are free. A background report is purchased separately as a one-time purchase, not a subscription. The report is a compilation prepared by Personlex based on legal documents, not an official record extract issued by a government authority. Its contents depend on the documents available.
Price and payment
The current price, currency and applicable taxes or fees must be displayed at checkout before you confirm the purchase. Payment is handled through Stripe. Check that you are ordering a report for the correct person before paying.
Digital delivery
The report is delivered digitally as a PDF immediately after a completed purchase. If delivery fails or you cannot open the report, contact support@personlex.com with a description of the issue and an order number if available.
Withdrawal and refunds
Where applicable law allows, a right of withdrawal may end upon digital delivery if all legal conditions are met. This may require your express consent to immediate delivery, acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal ends, and a contract confirmation. These terms do not replace that consent. A report not meeting your expectations does not by itself entitle you to a refund. Your statutory rights concerning defects or failed delivery remain unaffected.
Use information responsibly
Check identity and context before drawing conclusions. Information about someone with the same name may not concern the person you searched for. You are responsible for using the report in accordance with applicable rules. The report does not replace independent assessment or professional advice and does not guarantee complete or current information about every person.
Questions, errors and corrections
Contact support@personlex.com about report errors, delivery problems or purchase questions. Requests to correct or delete personal information are assessed under applicable rules. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
