This page explains how Personlex handles personal information when you use the service. Personlex is operated by Inteligence AGA LTD. Contact support@personlex.com with questions.
Your account and purchases
When you create an account, we store your name, email address and a hashed password. Purchases and report access are linked to your account so we can handle orders and provide support. The service is therefore not completely anonymous.
Payments and technical functions
Payments are handled through Stripe. Information needed to process a payment is also handled by Stripe under its terms and privacy information. The website uses session features and cookies for functions such as login and language selection. Operations, security and support may also involve processing technical information.
How long customer information is kept
Customer information is normally kept for 30 days from purchase. Deletion is handled manually. Information that must be retained under applicable law, such as certain accounting records, may need to be kept longer. This period does not automatically apply to information about people in search results and reports.
Information in search results and reports
Personlex presents personal information and information from legal documents. Information about offenses and convictions is subject to special rules. Processing must have the legal grounds required in the relevant country; a document being public does not by itself make all further processing lawful.
Correction, deletion and other rights
Contact support@personlex.com to request access, correction or deletion of your personal information. Where applicable rules provide these rights, you may also request restriction, object to processing or request data portability. We assess requests under applicable rules and may need to verify your identity proportionately. You may also contact the competent supervisory authority.

Briefly describe your issue in your first message. Do not send passwords, full payment card details or sensitive documents until we have agreed on a suitable contact method.
